Simply place food and marinade into the Reveo barrel, attach
the vacuum hose and press the MariVac™ button. The high
powered vacuum works to remove air from the barrel, stretching
the fibers of the food pulling moisture and marinade to its
core.
When the automated MariVac™ process stops, simply turn
the knob to lock out air pressure. Remove the vacuum hose and
place the barrel on the rollers. The tumbling motion flips marinade
continuously onto the food, massaging the marinade into the
food. This process takes approximately 2 to 20 minutes depending
on the food being utilized. Once the tumbling is done remove
the contents and cook.
