The Reveo currently comes in one size and can marinate up to 5 lbs of meat. You can purchase additional barrels to marinate several dishes at one meal.

Your order will be processed within 2 business days. Typcially your product will be received within 2 weeks.

5. How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is approximately $20.00 per Reveo. If you are ordering more than one Reveo and/or marinades plan for a minimum charge of $10.00 and 10% of total order after the first $100.

8. What can you flavor and tenderize in the Reveo?

9. Is the Reveo a rotisserie? Does the Reveo cook the food too?
The Reveo does not cook food however provides superb marination, adding elevated flavor and tenderness to all you grill, sauté, bake or cook.

10. How do you use the Reveo?

11. Do you have to plug the Reveo in?
Yes, the Reveo needs to be plugged into an electric outlet for use.

12. How much marinade do you put in the barrel?
The Reveo requires half the marinade you normally would use. You need approximately one third cup of marinade per pound of food. Check out marinade guidelines located in the Reveo Manual for additional information.

13. How much marinade will the food absorb?
Food marinated in the Reveo absorbs up to 15-20% of its weight in marinade.

14. How does the Reveo vacuum out the air?
The Reveo’s vacuum pump system draws air out of the barrel, depressurizing the contents. The Reveo meets the FDA regulations for a commercial-grade vacuum tumbler.

15. How do you open the lid after you are done?
Remove the lid from the barrel using the black plastic key attached to the hose cord. Insert the key horizontally into the groove just below the lid and rotate it ¼ turn upward until the lid pops off.

16. What if I didn’t do it right?
After tumbling meat and releasing the lock on top of the barrel you should hear the air rush into the barrel. If this did not happen, repeat the lock process and ensure the lid is on tightly before you turn the dial and press MariVac button. 17. What If the lid won’t stay on after I follow the steps?
Attach the hose to the lid after it is seated tightly on the barrel. Ensure that the lid dial is turned to the “MariVac open” position. Press the MariVac button on the panel of the Reveo base. Once the vacuum automatically stops, turn the lid dial to the “MariVac closed” position and remove the hose. The lid should be tightly sealed onto the barrel. If problems persist please contact customer service for a walk through at 1-877-REVEO-IT.

18. How do you clean the Reveo?
The Reveo barrel is dishwasher safe. The lid of the barrel should be cleaned in the sink and the base should be wiped down per the manual.

19. Does the Reveo have a warranty?

28. Can I freeze food I’ve marinated in the Reveo?
Yes, meat marinated in the Reveo can be frozen for up to 3 months. Do not freeze seafood or vegetables after marinating them in the Reveo. If you are going to use frozen foods, it is best to thaw first, Reveo it and then cook.

29. What do I do with the excess liquids in the barrel of the Reveo after I marinate food?
Throw away any excess liquids in the barrel. Ensure you shake off excess marinade from food before cooking in a pan, on the grill, etc.

30. Can I put my own marinade in the Reveo?
